1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the DSPSR platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the platform. College students must use their official college email address to access free courses. External users may purchase paid courses using a personal email address.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Course Access

  • All courses are free for verified college students with a valid @dspsr.in email address.
  • External users may access paid courses after successful payment and enrollment.
  • Course access is for personal learning only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.

5. Payments and Refunds

Paid courses are billed at the price displayed at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Refunds are issued only in cases described in our refund policy, such as duplicate charges or technical failures preventing access.

6. Certificates

Certificates are issued based on verified completion criteria. A certificate is non-transferable and may be revoked if completion is obtained through fraud or misuse. Certificates can be verified through our public certificate verification page.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the platform, harass other users, share harmful content, attempt to bypass security, or violate applicable laws. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

8. Intellectual Property

All course content, branding, materials, and platform design are owned by DSPSR or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

DSPSR provides the platform on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
